Day 1: Tangier → Chefchaouen

Meet your driver in Tangier and head into the Rif Mountains, passing Tetouan and traditional villages. Arrive in Chefchaouen and visit Ras el-Ma spring before exploring the serene blue-washed medina, artisan workshops, and Jewish-influenced architecture. Dinner and overnight in a 4-star riad in the heart of the blue city.

Day 2: Chefchaouen → Fes

Drive through the Rif foothills to Meknes (17th-century imperial city), then visit Moulay Idriss and the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Arrive in Fes in the afternoon for a cultural immersion in the world’s oldest medina. Enjoy a traditional Fassi dinner and overnight in a 4-star riad.

Day 3: Fes → Middle Atlas → Merzouga (Sahara)

Journey across the Middle Atlas: stop in Imouzzer, cedar forests of Azrou (with Barbary macaques), and the Berber town of Midelt. Continue to Merzouga and meet your camels for a sunset trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Arrive at your luxury desert camp for dinner, Berber music, and a night under the stars.

Day 4: Merzouga → Rissani → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley

Wake early for sunrise over the dunes, then return to Merzouga for breakfast and shower. Visit Rissani’s lively souk, explore the dramatic Todra Gorge (ideal for photography/climbing), and relax in the lush Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight at a 4-star guesthouse by the river.

Day 5: Dades Valley → Skoura → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech

Drive through the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs” to Skoura (Kasbah Amridil), then Ouarzazate — tour its film studios (Game of Thrones, Gladiator). Visit UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou for lunch and photos. Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech — where your tour concludes.
