Itinerary Details

Day 1: Casablanca → Marrakech

Meet & greet at Mohammed V Airport. Visit the iconic Hassan II Mosque (third-largest in the world), then drive along Casablanca’s Corniche before heading to Marrakech via highway (~3 hours). Check in and relax for the evening.

Day 2: Full-Day Guided Tour of Marrakech

Guided exploration of Marrakech’s highlights: Majorelle Garden & YSL Museum, Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, Mellah (Jewish Quarter), and bustling souks. End at Jemaa el-Fna Square — magical at sunset with performers, food stalls, and local energy.

Day 3: Marrakech → High Atlas → Ait Ben Haddou → Dades Valley

Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). Guided walk through UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou. Optional stop at Atlas Film Studios in Ouarzazate. Continue through Skoura (Kasbah Amridil) and the Valley of Roses to overnight in Dades Valley.

Day 4: Dades Valley → Todra Gorge → Erfoud → Merzouga

Scenic drive to Todra Gorge for a short hike among towering cliffs. Pass Erfoud (date capital & fossil museums), then arrive in Merzouga. Camel trek into Erg Chebbi dunes for sunset. Dinner and overnight in a desert camp with Berber entertainment.

Day 5: Merzouga → Ziz Valley → Midelt → Ifrane → Fes

Early sunrise over the dunes, then depart north through palm-lined Ziz Valley and Ziz Gorge. Stop in Midelt (lunch) and Ifrane (“Moroccan Switzerland”). Arrive in Fes by evening.

Day 6: Full-Day Guided Tour of Fes
